Short Description:
Communication is key both internally and externally to have effective audit teams and successful audit results. In this course we will discuss best practices for effective communication, communication methods, and essential communication skills. We will use interactive exercises to practice these skills as they pertain to internal team conversations and external auditee and stakeholder interactions.
